Off Peak Season – February to June
Completed Drawings must be in our office 8 weeks prior to your required delivery date.

Peak Season – July to December
Completed Drawings must be in our office before the Specific Deadlines mentioned below.

Specific Deadline dates are as follows

Production Times
Manufacturing ceases between 15th December and 31st January for maintenance and Staff annual leave.

Extensions
There are no extensions to these deadline dates. It is up to you to ensure that your completed drawings are in our office prior to the deadline date.

Australia Post Delivery
To ensure safe arrival of your drawings, please send them by Express Post. Express Post Satchels cost approximately $10.00 – include this amount when setting your fundraising levy.

Late Orders
These are treated as separate orders and will not be added to an existing order. Delivery times will be based on the date they are received in our Office. Please note that these orders may attract postage and handling fees when there are 5 products or less. Late orders may be held over until the following year.
